Here are several ways to “Whitelist” our email address
We send our emails from our firstname.lastname@example.org email address.
Add Our Email Address to Your Contacts
To “whitelist” our email address add our email address, email@example.com, to your Contacts. Most email service providers will deliver emails from email addresses listed in your Contacts.
Move Emails to the Primary Tab
If you use Gmail, our emails will initially be delivered to your Promotions tab. Drag one our emails to your Primary tab to ensure future emails are delivered to your Primary tab.
Check Your Spam Folder
If you signed up to receive our emails and haven’t received them, check your Spam/Junk/Bulk folder. If our email has been delivered to your Spam folder mark it as “Not Spam”. Most email service providers have a “Not Spam” button in the tool bar just above the email. Gmail’s lists it under the More button.
Add Our Email Address to Outlook Safe Sender List
If you use Outlook add our email address to your Safe Sender List.
If for any reason these steps do not work more help information will be available from your particular email service provider.
