To say I love hearing about your successes is an understatement. As a doctor and author your successes are the lifeblood of what I do.
What I love most about these success stories are that these people committed to a healthier lifestyle and diet and are not giving up! They may have some bumps in the road, but they are committed and correct-course when needed. And that is the key to success!
One of my favorite success stories is Margie. Margie used both the 21-Day Bone Broth Diet and The 10-Day Belly Slimdown for amazing results.
On the Bone Broth Diet Margie went from a size 14 to a size 6! She lost 14.5 pounds on her first round and another 8 pounds on second round. Between those rounds she modified the Bone Broth Diet a bit so she could enjoy a few glasses of wine a week and she still lost another 5.2 pounds.
