Celtic or pink Himalayan salt
Ground black pepper
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Place the marrow bones in a shallow roasting pan and bake for about 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Once you’ve enjoyed the marrow, save the bones for your next batch of bone broth.
