- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 8 eggs
- ½ cup of honey
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Coconut oil spray
- Preheat waffle iron
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, honey and vanilla. Add in almond flour, salt and baking soda.
- Add to waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
