Paleo Party Rules
FOOD FIRST. Think about food before anything else. If you are going to drink, eat a high-protein, low-carbohydrate dinner beforehand. You will get plenty of carbohydrates in your cocktails, so stick to protein and non-starchy vegetables. Also, bring a snack so you won’t be tempted to eat non-Paleo food. If you’re going to a dinner party, bring a healthy food option to share.
