Chocolate Pineapple Chunks

Prep time: 5 min • Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

  • ½ can organic pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Celtic Sea Salt (Selina Naturally)
  • 6 oz melted chocolate chips (Enjoy Life)
  • 12 popsicle stick, cake pop sticks or skewers

Directions

  1. Strain Pineapple chunks and press with paper towel to reduce excess liquid
  2. Melt chocolate chips in double boiler
  3. Place pineapple chunks individually onto sticks
  4. Dip the stick into chocolate to cover pineapple at least half way.
  5. Dip chocolate into sea salt that has been spread out on plate
  6. Place on wax paper to dry.
