Prep time: 5 min • Cook time: 10 min • Yield: 8 waffles


  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 8 eggs
  • ½ cup of honey
  • 2 tsp vanilla 
  • Coconut oil spray


  1. Preheat waffle iron
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, honey and vanilla.  Add in almond flour, salt and baking soda.  
  3.  Add to waffle iron and cook until golden brown.

Tip: Serve with Pure Maple syrup
