Paleo Diet: How to Lose Weight

Paleo diet is about eating with whole foods and getting back to the hunter-gatherer stage of life because our bodies haven’t gotten used to the food we eat today. We want to eat the most nutrient-dense foods. Also, eat healthy foods to get rid of toxins in our bodies. It’s important to eat healthy vegetables, fruits, fats and oils. Also, how to slay the sugar demon. When you eat the foods we are supposed to have, the sugar demon quiets down and you will develop food values. Remember that Paleo is about building a foundation, not about yeses and nos.
