Happy Sunday! I’ve had an exciting weekend in New York enjoying the perfect weather we’re having on the East Coast. As I ran through Central Park, I thought to myself – it’s amazing the disparity there is when it comes to age. Some people look so young at 60 or 70, while others look so aged and worn.

You’re going to learn a lot more about this on Tuesday when I reveal one of the biggest anti-aging secrets out there.  You’re going to be insanely inspired and intrigued.

For now, however, let’s talk about what an amazing difference a day can make. Some days you feel all sexy and think, okay, I still have my edge. I can do anything.

The very next day, you feel like a slug. Like you want to throw the covers over your head and scarf down a bag of Twizzlers.

But let’s tell it like it is. Much of what you feel from one day to another has to do with what you eat from one day to another. And what you eat from one year to another has even more to do with how you age.

So here’s my idea: Let’s eat foods that decelerate the aging process, instead of the ones that make us hit a wall by 40. And today I’m sharing one of my all-time faves for anti-aging foods.



This Sunday’s recipe is for my Anti-Aging Soup Recipe. You’ll love this one because it can do all this for you:

  •  Protect you against colds, flu, and other illnesses that make you feel like an old slug.
