Hare You Go– Paleo Marshmallow Easter Candy

Written by Dr. Kellyann Petrucci

I love Easter and am right now, between show tapings, reminiscing about the Easter hats and pretty dresses that I’d wear every year. My parents were — and still are — big on decking out for the big day.

I’m also big on creating some extra treats for Easter. One of my all-time favorite yummies is Marshmallow Easter Candy (you can make it plain or with toasted coconut).

Before you click here for the recipe, do know that sometimes they don’t turn out (you’ll see my gloppy bunny in one of the photos). Don’t be too hard on yourself. Just like a determined dieter, I try, try again … and quicker than a bunny hopping down the bunny trail, I enjoy success! So will you, promise!

Like finding a few extra treats buried in the Easter grass in your Easter basket, I present a few other additional recipes, too, including lemon cake and coconut cutout cookies.

And stay tuned! In a few days, I’ll share my Easter dyed eggs recipe that always turns out gorgeous eggs.

Keep thinking big and living bold!
